Our 5 y.o. daughter attended speech and language development individual sessions with KidsFIRST therapist. She liked her “another teacher” very much, and was happy to attend the lessons, so I guess the pace and load of the sessions was managed appropriately. In few months her speech and vocabulary improved drastically, good job!

I have sent an email asking for any update from accounts with no response. I have no choice but to contact consumer affairs and report this as a violation of rights. I am posting a Google comment on your center as this should not happen to other parents. I'm extremely disappointed. And keep taking amounts for a service they didn't provide , and if you ask for a refund, They delay 2 to 3 months for the refund. Submitted a complaint to Dubai Consumer and Economy and Tourism Department.

I just want to thank Mrs hiba Ghamlouch the speeach therapist in kids first for all her efforts that she do with the kids I can see always how she is busy with the kids at the school following with my son she is professional and my son loves her he start to reach the goal that we want . And I can see the difference. Thanks so much for her help she is really kind and caring about all the details . You are the best hiba

I’ve experienced KidsFirst sporadically from a comprehensive full diagnostic assessment to a few speech therapy sessions. More recently, I contacted them to arrange a call back from Lydia who I wanted to speak with regarding her experience with dealing with childhood anxiety and how CBT could be adapted for a child who was on the spectrum and who has intellectual development delay. I wanted to make sure that she was the right fit before committing to the parent intake interview (which costs around 650aed). However, she was not at all interested in having a dialogue and insisted I book a session for her to answer any of these questions as presumably her valuable time comes at a cost. Very much money oriented rather than child centered. Nevertheless, I went elsewhere to a Centre that costs much more but who aren’t so obvious with their tactics… Parents, please make an informed choice and do your research before selecting this Centre, it is important that we make the right choice for our kids and at this Centre profit comes first not kids..
