During my visit Experience in KIMS MEDICAL CENTER. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation for the excellent service provided by Dr. Babar (Orthopaedic Surgeon) and Dr. Almas (Physiotherapy). Their professionalism, care, and attentiveness were truly commendable. Additionally, the staff were very accommodating (RECEPTION)and supportive throughout the visit. The overall experience was smooth and pleasant. Highly recommended!

I had the privilege of receiving treatment from General Dr. Bhuwan Subedi at KIMS Hospital, Bur Dubai, and I must say – it was truly an inspiring experience. Despite being a young doctor, his professionalism, care, and warm-hearted approach left a lasting impression on me. Yesterday, I had a very bad experience . I had ear pain, so I visited the ENT doctor at this branch. I have GIG insurance, and they require approval before treatment. If you come after 7–8 PM, the insurance staff are gone, so you can’t see the doctor. This time, I went early, took an appointment, and waited for 1.5 hours in the queue. When I finally saw the doctor, he was extremely unprofessional. He used the same instrument for every patient — a metal stick with cotton dipped in antiseptic on one end. I could see earwax residue from another patient on the other end. He inserted it once into my ear, removed it, and said my ear was not clean and that I had an infection. Without explaining further, he just started typing on his system. Later, the nurse told me to go to the insurance desk and then to the billing counter. When I asked why, she said I had to pay extra charges for ear cleaning. I was shocked — this is a basic part of an ENT check-up, yet they charged separately without informing me in advance. I had already paid the consultation fees, so this felt like an unnecessary and unfair expense. In the end, they also didn’t give me my prescription. Instead, they gave me a token for their pharmacy, where I had to wait another 30 minutes in a separate queue. Without a prescription in hand, I had no idea what medicines were given to me. Overall, I wasted my time and money here. The hygiene was unacceptable, the process was inefficient, and the charges were unreasonable. I will never return to this branch and do not recommend it to others

Dr. Suresh Shridhar was outstanding – his expertise, empathy, and willingness to address my concerns were truly commendable. He promptly diagnosed my condition and performed the procedure with utmost care and precision. His reassuring presence and clear explanations helped alleviate my initial nervousness, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. The follow-up visits were also remarkably smooth, and I appreciate the efforts of each individual involved in my care. Your team's dedication, expertise, and compassion have earned my trust, and I am confident that KIMS Medical Centre will continue to excel in providing exceptional patient care.
