Our daughter recently underwent inguinal hernia repair at King’s College Hospital, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the exceptional care we received. From our very first consultation, Dr. Basem Khalil stood out—not only as a highly skilled surgeon but also as a deeply compassionate and dedicated doctor. He patiently answered all our questions, reassured us at every step, and made sure we felt informed and supported throughout. Dr. Basem went above and beyond for our daughter and our family. It is clear that he cares deeply—not just about his patients, but about their families as well. His calm, confident presence and genuine concern gave us tremendous comfort during a stressful time. The surgery went smoothly, and his expertise made all the difference in our daughter’s care and recovery. We feel incredibly fortunate to have placed our trust in him. We would also like to express our sincere thanks to the anesthesiologist, Dr. Arati, and her team for their skill and kindness. Surgical nurse Krishna helped put our minds at ease with her warm and reassuring manner, and Nurse Jinu Tom in the aftercare unit was extremely attentive and helpful. Every person we encountered during this experience contributed to making it smooth, safe, and comforting. We are truly appreciative of everyone who supported us through our daughter’s surgery. We’ve been blessed with 2 lovely boys and welcomed both to our family here. Amazing team in the delivery ward and on 6th floor. We’re thankful for their attentive care. Big shout out to Gizelle. She was very helpful for my wife and Marsel over the last 3 days.

I couldn't be happier about my experience. The nurses are extremely knowledgeable and caring. They made me feel safe and understood. My GP was also very attentive, listened closely, and gave me my space and time to talk. Highly recommend that you choose them for your Healthcare services.
