Kings' School Nad Al Sheba
Reviews
The biggest issue we’ve faced with this school is dealing with the Accounts Department. They rarely answer phone calls, and even for the simplest tasks, we are forced to explain things repeatedly — and still have to follow up several times to get anything done. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially when dealing with the accountant with glasses, who is consistently unhelpful and unprofessional. Compared to the rest of the school staff, who are generally responsive and cooperative, this department is a major letdown. The school really needs to get professionals who can communicate clearly and handle parents’ concerns efficiently — like we see in other departments.
I am extremely disappointed with the communication from kings school. Despite multiple attempts to reach out via email, I have received no response. Furthermore, I was promised a call on several occasions, but those calls never happened. This lack of follow-through and responsiveness is very concerning, especially for a school where clear and timely communication should be a priority. It has made me seriously question their overall reliability and commitment to their students and parents. I’m now afraid to enroll my son there because if they can't handle basic communication, how can I trust them with his education and well-being.
The only complaint I have on this school is their accounting department/team, they are so outdated in their methods, it feels like the accounting department is from the 90s, there are no automated or online payments for monthly payments, you only have the option of cheques, you have to visit them at their preferred timing no consideration for your working time frame (I really don't feel like a customer with them, more like I'm serving them), calling them is a game if patience, they lose or ask for documents or discount cards when you have already provided these documents. Come on Kings, one of the best schools can't implement an online subscription like payment gateway for monthly payments, that is a disgrace, there are supplement shops who have that payment option in place. In my opinion this takes 2 stars from my experience with this school due to the hassle I have to face every time I deal with Accounting. Update: I've taken 1 more star away for having another issue with the accounting department again!! We have paid our child's fees consistently on a monthly basis yet we are astonished to find warning emails in our inbox that we never knew about a failed payment, I checked the bank statement and all the payment cheque were cleared from our side, yet they still sent us warning emails in our already full inboxes that there was a due amount remaining, without even calling us for such an urgent matter! This is a pure disgrace, there is not hot line or someone you could talk to directly, even the response below regarding parent relations is generic and has no number to call to resolve this immediately. We are determined to move our kid to another school based on this.
Amazing school - My kids start improving only when they join kings school, even when they were in Repton school, their progress was not good. At Kings’ Nad Al Sheba, they treat every day as one step along a learning journey designed to inspire children to become effective, enthusiastic, independent and lifelong learners... I hope my review will reach every parent! This school is just for a show up , don’t fall of their false promises. There is no coordination between the school and other parties. Not enough employees to finish their works , making parents under stress and pressure and at the end of the day they are being rude , dealing with us in unprofessional way . For example, I asked for a leaving certificate and bec they didn’t answer my emails I want to the school , and the head of the registration started acting so rude , raised her hand in front of me and talked with in unrespectful way in front of other stuff and parents . She told me this paper needs 2 weeks to be issued and my kids new school just in few days . The paper is issued in the same day !! So why she did that in the first place . In addition, my kids spent one year in the school without learning a proper spelling words this is just one example of their educational system. Of course I withdrew my kids and will advise everyone I know not to enrolling their children in this school.
