I absolutely love this spot! The cleanliness and the professional service from the piercer were fantastic. I definitely want to recommend this piercer (sorry, I can't remember her name). I can't wait to return to this store again soon.

I was referred here by a friend to get my nose pierced. I was a bit scared but Viviana was very calming. She put me at ease and the procedure went very fast and painless. I particularly liked how all the instruments were thoroughly sterilized. And afterwards She taught me how to take care of my piercing and was just overall amazing. I would definitely recommend Kismet by Milka for any piercings. Also they have a wide range of beautiful and affordable jewellery to choose from.

I had a very disappointing experience. The piercer used a straight barbell for my anti-tragus piercing, which is completely inappropriate for that area — it requires a curved barbell due to the natural shape of the ear. When I questioned her about it, she insisted it was fine and brushed off my concern. I trusted her from how confident she seemed Now, just 24 hours later, my ear is swollen, throbbing, and extremely irritated. I’ve been traveling and unable to get help, and to make things worse, I can’t even unscrew the earring because she tightened it far too much. It’s been painful and stressful. The hygiene was also questionable. At one point, the earring fell on the floor, and instead of properly sterilizing it, she just wiped the front part and reassured me that it was enough. I was in too much pain to argue in the moment, but in hindsight, that was completely unacceptable. She also didn’t provide any aftercare products or proper instructions. Save your time & money and head to Maria Tasch instead Honestly, this has been one of the worst piercing experiences I’ve ever had. I do not recommend going here — both for your safety and your healing.
