Kitchen park in DSO, like kitchen hub , mainly for delivery , most of the restaurants here are cloudy ones. Honestly prices are over and taste not that wow. Prefer to go to normal restaurant.
A launch pad and great place for small restaurants or food brands to lift off!
As we order food, the payment was taken right away through online portal. When the order reached kitchen, the staff came out to inform that ordered dish was not available. I asked for refund, he went inside and brought the same dish which I was told minutes ago being unavailable. In the meantime, I ordered from other restaurants’ menu; only to be informed that it is closed. Of course that was after the payment was made. I was told the amount will refund in two hours automatically. No cancellation record, no proof of refund. In short, extremely mismanaged and poor process.
Kitchen park staff were rude in sharing the queries. Customer service is very poor. We waited for almost one hour and food was not even delivered, eventhough they promised that they will deliver within 6 to 16 mins. I had elderly people and we waited so long to get the food. After complaining for multiple times, the person from Malgudy restaurant staff came and delivered the food. Food was not fresh and.looks like it was made long time ago. Such an awful experience. It didn't happen to us.People who came at the same time experienced the same thing.idli and dosa were pathetic.. Very disappointing Malgudy restaurant
