Scammers and rude employees. The food is unclean, and the delivery time if you order directly was over 2.5 hours the last 2 times. The staff starts to block your number when you complain. The manager is absolutely useless and has a behavior like a teenager.

Such a disappointment with your food quality with Chin chin ordered today through talabat. Repeated quality issues and not worth for the money.

The customer service doesn’t even know what solution they’re offering to their customers. One agent gave me a complimentary meal for a mishap and other called and said it’s a mistake. Seriously confusing. Update : they offered a complimentary meal which was prepared well and tasted good.

I had a highly unsatisfactory experience ordering Cuisine d'Amour cookies through the Noon Food platform, which were prepared by Kitopi. I received a call informing me that some items were out of stock and was pressured to change my order. This was followed by a second call attempting to persuade me again. It appears that the inventory displayed on the food delivery platforms is not synchronized with the Kitopi kitchens, resulting in unnecessary calls and a highly inefficient process. In addition to being very disappointed with Kitopi, they also managed to spoil the positive image I had of Cuisine d'Amour. Thank you, Kitopi, for undermining brands that take time to build and quickly tarnishing their reputation.
