Don’t think too much about cleaning your AC just do it today with Klean casa 😆 Casa team did a great job to clean our AC, staff were professional and friendly, the service they provide is at a reasonable price and at the same standards that other companies offer for 1000+ aed. Very much recommended.

Disclaimer: Long read I want to share with you my bad experience with this company, specifically AC cleaning. When it comes to book the service, they are very fast and responsive. They will send you booking confirmation even if you just asked for the price. But when you need to follow up, report, invoice…they will not reply to your message, until you call them… So I booked full AC cleaning, which includes AC duct, the drain system cleaning, blowers, coils cleaning and outside unit. This service cost 530 AED. All scope of work is mentioned in the booklet they sent. When the team arrives, they started the job. The guy checked the accessibility to the AC unit, he noticed that it’s difficult to access, closed it…DIDN’T INFORM ME ABOUT IT. He remain silent and started the work. Me thinking that all is good, just let it go… All started good, the covered the furniture with plastic, clean the duct, removed the filter cleaned the coils. And when they put everything back to place. They said it’s done… I am shocked, trying to tell them that I booked the full service, they said it’s not possible because AC unit is not accessible. So here is the point…if they told me that it’s not possible, I would stop them in the beginning and send them back. Very disappointed I checked the booklet, where it’s written that they can make an access panel for additional charge. Over the phone their manager is offered me to cut the ceiling but they cannot close it, and he said usually they charge for it but he will make it for free…cut the ceiling for free…they should charge for access panel not for cutting the ceiling. They cut the ceiling with damages and very inappropriate way. Photo included. Anyway, left without any choice i agreed they will cut the ceiling and clean the remaining part of AC unit. Once it’s done in the apartment, they were leaving until I remind them about the outside unit, meaning they wanted to skip it. Payment done. Job is done even if I am ex...

Happy with the AC Duct Cleaning! Just had my AC ducts cleaned and honestly, I’m really impressed. The crew was super friendly, showed up on time, and got right to work. They explained what they were doing, and it didn’t take as long as I expected. The air in the house feels way fresher now, and I can already tell the AC is working better. Definitely glad I got it done — totally worth it.

Extremely professional team. Got our AC ducting deep cleaned. Arrived on time. Did a wonderful job and finished on time. They also cleaned extremely thoroughly without need to be monitored and told. Would strongly recommend them for all relevant work.
