Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Hype I had high expectations from Knowledge Planet, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The quality of teaching was inconsistent, with some instructors lacking the ability to explain concepts effectively. The management seemed more focused on marketing and profits rather than genuinely helping students succeed. Additionally, the study materials were outdated, and there was very little personalized attention, despite their claims of providing top-tier coaching. Scheduling was also a nightmare, with frequent changes and little consideration for students’ convenience. Overall, I did not find the experience worth the cost. There are definitely better options available for students looking for serious academic support. Would not recommend.

If your child is average in maths and science, then pls do not spend money on these expensive institutions. It's just money making for them. They will teach in full class and won't give any individual attention. In boards anyways schools are also taking extra classes which would be sufficient for your child. Do not waste money on these extra institutes, they are just waste of funds in the name of creating toppers to attract more baits. Students themselves have to be hard working ,nobody else, including these institutions, can claim to be manufacturing toppers!

I have been attending KPPW Classes for the past one year and it has been a great experience to say the least. Leena mam our center head and teachers are always ready to help you and the classes are always interactive and enjoyable. I am always looking forward to coming to Knowledge Planet and having a fun and enriching time.

Knowledge Planet Dubai is an outstanding coaching center that offers the best guidance and support to students. The tutors are very knowledgeable and experienced their way of teaching is so interactive that it attracts the attention of students. They teach these new and advanced concepts in a way that is digestible and is easy to build upon further. They also hold events that help keep the students in a good mindset 100% recommend.

For the parents who wants to enroll in Knowledge planet. I'm here to share my ordeal experience with this institute. They are full of scam and money minded. For my son 11th grade they took admission fees of 1300, we were asked to pay 3100. When we enroll they didn't not mention about non refund policy. They neither took signature from us nor they send invoice to us even after repeatedly requesting to them. Now we have decided to move out of the country but still looking for many option. We wanted to withdraw from the Institute and we Informed the same within 2 weeks time of payment because they were delaying to send us invoice. Without even starting the classes or giving admission they taken money and refusing it to refund it. 1300 dirhams is looking like throwing in garbage to them..for enrollment so many calls and messages they will do. Once U ask them money they will treat U without respect. Very rude and unprofessional. Without child wants to study there,why they want to take the money?? Atleast inform priorly to the parents clearly about non refund. Ridiculous behaviour from the institute. Standard of coaching also not upto the mark as they are charging so much. They won't communicate to parents much once after ur child studies. I enquired other institute before enrolling in knowledge planet, atleast they were transparent and open when it comes to money matter. God only knows money goes to institute or managers taking all the unused money from parents. This is really sad and heartfelt situation for parents. And this is happening in Dubai is really unbelievable
