I can’t say enough good things about KO8 Fitness in Dubai Marina! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the lovely community that truly makes this gym special. Everyone is supportive and encouraging, creating an environment where you can thrive. The coaches, specially Sean a Hyrox champion, are absolutely amazing! They are highly motivated, knowledgeable, and always push you to reach your best potential while ensuring you have fun. Their energy is contagious, and you can tell they genuinely care about each member's progress. One of my favorite aspects is the outdoor area with stunning views of the Marina. It’s the perfect spot to catch your breath and soak in the beautiful surroundings after a challenging workout. If you’re looking for a gym that combines a fantastic community, inspiring coaches, and breathtaking views, KO8 is the place to be! Highly recommend!

Did the 8 day free trial and it was fantastic! Could use the gym during the day when no classes were on and did a hyrox class led by Sean which was tough but very productive. Would recommend.

As a fitness coach and yoga teacher with a degree in psychology, I’ve experienced many yoga and meditation classes, and Lilli’s class at Ko8 was definitely worth it for me. The class was a beautiful blend of mindful movement, meditation and guided imageries (to my pleasant surprise Lilly chose ones that are often used in modern evidence based psychological approaches). She created a very cozy space with music, essential oils, and thoughtful touch. The movement practice itself was playful and well-balanced, incorporating mobility, core work, and functional exercises. I left the class feeling like my body and mind were less like a prison and more like a playground. If you have the chance to practice with Lili, I think you are very likely to find it worth your precious time.

My experience at K08 Fitness, both in outdoor and indoor classes, was beyond amazing! It was an incredibly smooth journey, and I thoroughly enjoyed every moment. Huge thanks to Luke, the absolute best fitness instructor in the gym and, dare I say, in the world! 🌎 His guidance made it an exceptional and unforgettable fitness adventure.
