By far the worst experience with an elevator company, they delivered an elevator without inspecting the elevator shaft and now asking me to increase the ceiling height at my expense... very unprofessional , all they care about is making money. Thanks for dumping the elevator in my living room and demanding payment... what happened to client needs and satisfaction. They blame the consultant for their mistake... BE CAREFUL PEOPLE!!!!

Living in a 4-year-old building with 3 Kone elevators. Many times at least one of the 3 is out and due to lack of spare-parts it took weeks (in several cases) for the elevator to work again.

Very bad phone service, they dont pick up, main reason is that because they are the only maintanafe providers for kone, pricey for nothing, very bad office access and building has no parking

We have one building with this company and lift is not working from last 3 days and untail this company is not repairing . 8 floor building
