Koton - Marina Mall

I was extremely disappointed with the services provided, specifically the fitting room. First of all, there are no hangers inside the rooms, and the space is very cramped. The women’s fitting room is directly open toward the cashier area and the main entrance. There’s neither a curtain nor a door for privacy, which makes it both hijabi-unfriendly and generally uncomfortable for women. What’s even more concerning is that the staff room is located inside the women’s fitting room. Staff members (mostly men) come and go freely without so much as a simple “excuse me” which is incredibly inappropriate and unprofessional. It honestly makes no sense—why not switch the men’s and women’s fitting rooms? The men’s side is much more private, and it wouldn’t be an issue if staff (mostly men) were to come and go regularly. This setup shows a serious lack of consideration for privacy and basic customer comfort, and I hope the management fixes this issue quickly. I wouldn’t recommend going here for any woman, that is, until this issue is fixed.

I really enjoy shopping at Koton Marina Mall. The store is spacious, well-lit, and always has a wide selection of fashionable clothing for men and women. Whether I’m looking for something casual, chic, or office-ready, I always manage to find pieces that fit well and feel great. What I appreciate about Koton is the balance between quality and price. Their collections follow trends without being over-the-top, and there are always great deals and seasonal offers. I’ve found some of my favorite shirts, trousers, and everyday basics here. The staff at this location are helpful and respectful — they give you space to browse but are quick to assist when needed. The store is easy to navigate and the fitting rooms are always clean. If you're at Marina Mall Dubai and looking for affordable fashion, modern styles, or just refreshing your wardrobe, Koton is a must-stop. It’s perfect for finding stylish outfits without overspending.
