I have had a very good experience with KPLR. Miss Mona who managed my project is a true gem. She was involved in each step from start to finish and solved any issue that came up very professionally. I felt in good hands with her. The quality of the products is also great and everything was done in a professional manner. I can highly recommend KPLR and if I ever build another kitchen, I will definitely use them and I highly recommend them. 5 star service

The classy treatment and service lead to obtaining a complete kitchen until the last minute, as well as the maintenance is wonderful.. One of the best companies I have dealt with in the Emirates..

My experience with Kplr has been great - starting with the ordering process, the team was really understanding to me requesting so many changes in the wood color. The delivery and installation was really professional and best in class, with an insurance provided on both the item and the installation. Today, a year after buying 2 items from them, I requested the team to reduce the size of one item and they offered to come pick it up, RE-engineer the item and install it in a different location for free, this is unheard of. Great value for money, amazing quality and a great, friendly team - especially Nathalie and Pamela. Highly recommended.

Prices increased from quotation to actual invoice . Took 11 days to complete a job that they originally said would take 2 days . Always turned up late to start the job . Kitchen top was mounted with texture side up when it was agreed that the smooth side should go up. This is obviously not hygienic. The attention to details was shockingly bad . I would not recommend this company at all.
