Krush Burger Dubai (Downtown)

I placed an order for a cheeseburger on 05.03.25, the estimated delivery time was 45 minutes. However, the food arrived 1 hour later than promised, and I was not informed of the delay until I followed up with the delivery service. I understand that the restaurant can be busy, but my concern is that Real-time updates and improved communication about delays could make a big difference in the customer experience. Overall burger 🍔 size was too small and not worth for price and it called cheese burger but only 2slices of cheese inside and bacon was overcooked. Somehow burger was delicious (7/10) and fresh only the potion size made me disappointed. I hope this feedback will help you to further improvements and I hope next time my experience will be better than this..♥️

Delicious Food & Outstanding Service Thank You, Mohammad! Visited Krush Burgers Downtown recently, and I must say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The burgers were incredibly tasty, and the quality of the food was top notch. The flavors were spot-on, and the portion sizes were just right. On top of that, the seating area was very comfortable and well designed, creating a relaxed and enjoyable dining atmosphere. What made the visit even better was the exceptional service from Mohammad. He was incredibly kind and took nearly 10 minutes just to walk us through the menu, ensuring we understood all the options and helping us pick the best combo for our preferences. His patience, knowledge, and attention to detail truly stood out. Thank you, Mohammad, for your warm hospitality and excellent service. You made our visit feel special, and we’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food and equally great service in Downtown.

Burgers we're yummy, unfortunately the lady service, OMG!!! Attitude. Horrible service. But yes go there for the burgers.

I would say biggest scammers! Ordered twice from them and the portion was ridiculously small! I wouldn’t mind paying but mention size especially when we can get better burgers at the same price elsewhere. Never gonna order/ dine in from this place again!
