La Fragola Café Gelateria

I had a very disappointing experience at La Fragola Café in Dubai Mall. The staff member named DJ Filipino guy was extremely rude and disrespectful. His attitude was unprofessional, and his behavior made me feel very unwelcome. It’s surprising and unacceptable to encounter such poor customer service at a café located in a prestigious place like Dubai Mall. Instead of being helpful or courteous, DJ responded with arrogance and a dismissive tone, ruining what was supposed to be a pleasant visit. Customer service is the heart of any hospitality business, and unfortunately, La Fragola fell far short of expectations. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and trains their staff on how to treat customers with basic respect and professionalism. I will think twice before visiting again.

The service staff was rude place is good small nice couple of tables only Can enjoy like a small brek time for a ice cream and coffee , in the beginning i was ordering latte as per the server its not available , but when manager has attended to me late again available , Philipino guy server so rude and unprofessional staff

Mr.Dj staff is very disrespectful, has no manners on how to speak to the customers or women. He talks like he is doing a favor to us by working there and keeps on murmuring in his language and talking to his colleague while we are asking him. Very unprofessional behavior, ruined our evening. We just wanted to have a nice dessert after a good hearty meal. But, disappointed we came with nothing.

Perhaps the best gellaterie in Business Bay and one of the tops in Dubai. Ice cream is of good quality with many tasty flavors. A bigger variety could be desirable from the demanding clients :) Service is always good, caring, and attentive. Outdoor sitting with nice views Burj Khalifa tower views is available.

Actually the ice cream was delicious, also this not first time to trying because every time when visiting duabi mall we try it, in addition the staff was awesome & kindly also suggest for matching to choose the ice cream. Please visit them, for me I recommend everyone to visit.
