came in to get some sleeping wear and Brendah was so helpful as I didn’t notice there is a promotion which I entitled with my items she was explain it very well! she is super helpful and friendly! Thank you 😊
terrible customer service. a very rude member of staff refused to give me the bra size that i asked to try on because she thought it wouldn’t fit me and suggested another size when i’ve been wearing this size for the past few years and it clearly fit. she gave nasty looks and said that the size i wear is definitely not my size and i should wear a different bra size
Had an extremely bad experience at this store. Specifically with manager Rashida. She was extremely disrespectful towards my mother and refused to help her process a return/refund. Rashida ignored her in-store for MULTIPLE HOURS & ignored the requests. It got so bad that the police had to be involved as Rashida refused to process the refund & continued to be rude/unhelpful for the whole night. There was no sense of customer service here, I would like to issue a formal complaint too as there are many more negative things that happened.
