Bad customer service experience, not sure if they have enough staff coverage for the cash and the floor especially for weekends, I had to wait 15 min for payment, slow motion and it wasn’t crowded.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Every time you ask about an item they only have two answers, either “check in the drawer” or “if you don’t find it, it means if finished”. REALLY? They don’t even bother searching, they only complain about other customers being messy! It literally took me over 35mins just to find my size! Even the cashier didn’t know how to count and didn’t include the discounted price until I checked after her??? Come on. It’s embarrassing that this branch belongs to La Senza.
I am a permanent customer of your store, and honestly, I love your chest campaigns, but today I visited your store, but there is a girl named Mona, whose treatment is very bad, so rude, please consider choosing a high-end way to deal with customers.
Best lingerie store so far
Came home to find the security tag is still attached to my item. When the training shop assistant was wrapping my item (it took her 10 minutes to do the transaction, I was so tired waiting), she just scrunched it up until I asked for it to be folded. In any case all that was useless as I can’t wear it anyway and have to make a special trip now to the mall in order to remove the security tag. Awful customer service, check and double check your items.
