Complaint Regarding an Unpleasant Salon Experience Alright, I'm writing in to have a bit of a moan about a rather unpleasant experience I had at your salon just recently. It was all down to one of your hairstylists, a big, bald chap whose name I, unfortunately, don't recall. Honestly, the whole thing was down to his unprofessional and frankly inappropriate behaviour. While I was there, he was nattering away loudly about his personal life, and it was all a bit much, really. Quite inappropriate and made me feel rather uncomfortable. And then, if that wasn't enough, he started making personal and rather rude comments about my appearance and style, which, as you can imagine, left me feeling quite put out and disrespected. To top it all off, he was just plain rude and kept ignoring me when I tried to ask him things. It really did impact the whole service. I do hope you'll take this seriously and have a proper look into it.

I got my hair cut and styled at Laloge Beauty Salon and their services are extremely professional. the stylist made me comfortable and did a great stylisng job. the ambience of the salon is really good.

TERRIBLE SALON TERRIBLE I WOULDNT RECOMMENDED TO MY ENEMY the first week my hair was looking okay then i went to my hair dresser in my country to do blow dry he showed me how Nasser left my hair uncolored when they pulled my hair up My hair was completely black instead of doing it with the roots , and my hair was in 4 colors Nasser is unprofessional and doesnt know how to do the coloring properly it will only look good at the salon since they have good lighting so they can fool you but once u wash it in few days everything blows It is insane they take ur money and give u terrible service Do not underestimate the word of mouth from people and learn how to teach ur hair dressers to color a hair properly because i was never satisfied with my hair EVERRR WASTE OF MONEY WASTE OF TIME ON AN UNPROFESSIONAL HAIR DRESSER LIKE NASSER

As soon as I arrived in the hotel around 2:30 PM, and before checking in, I went straight to have my hair done in the salon with tony “I believe that was his name”. I had to wash my hair and re do it before dinner. I believe they should be aware of all hair types and able to use different products, hairstyles, and techniques that matches each client’s hair type needs. n I also have been charged for 400 Saudi Riyal for a short hair blow-dry. Not worth the result. or the service given. Disappointed.

I did a hair treatment with Rasha, she was very professional and did an amazing job, and I’m very pleased with the outcome. The whole staff were very accommodating and treated us very well.
