Lampatron Designer Lighting Store

Beware. Shop is closed! Not operational! I have gone instead to White Teak, Lorenzo Lighting, Al Sahliya, and Huda Lighting. Please read the negative reviews of other people here who shared their experiences, I wish I did it before even considering this store. We went to Lampatron shop last 19 July 2025 at 9.20am and the shop was closed even if it says that they are open at 9am. Called the number posted in Google but there was no answer and no return call as well to say, apologies but we are out of business now, or we are temporarily closed from this date until this date or our staff is running late etc. I received a call from Dennis the operations head 20 July and apologised that they were closed for that day and I told him no worries but please note that we will just come again on 26th July around 1 to 1.30pm and he acknowledged it and told me that he will tell their staff (and they will even give me a gift, which I appreciated but I said I wasn't after that, I am just keen to complete and purchase the lights that I need). To my surprise on the 26th July, the shop is once again closed and then now they put in Google that LAMPATRON IS INDEED CLOSED, not sure if temporarily closed. We have properties for renovation and there are specific lights that we are looking for, however with what I have experienced - such kind of business ethics that I have experienced, I wouldn't support Lampatron. Not only that I find it incredibly disrespectful to waste someone's time, but just morally gross what they have just done here. Why would you ask someone to go to a shop that is closed? Second, why did I NOT receive any courtesy message to cancel it a day before to let me know their mistake and ask me not to proceed with my visit? I would like to say that I went to this shop many months ago around Jan or Feb 2025 - and the items that I was looking for at that time mainly were chandelier, they werent in their store. We’re very impressed with the quality and design of this lamp. It adds a warm and elegant glow to the space, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere.
