Landmark Security Services

Our entire experience at Keturah was ruined by one security guard deployed by Landmark security services. The lady yelled at us from a mile away, her exact words “hey ladies do think you see a chair over there, get up” imagine this now in loud, rude and accusing voice in a way you would speak to people who have committed a crime. We were a family of 5 including a young teenager with us who were left embarrassed. All this in a pretty crowded place being a Saturday evening. I understand the area wasn’t designated for sitting but nor did it have any signs to not sit, but yelling in front of so many people rudely wasn’t appreciated and left us rather disturbed and embarrassed. She must not be allowed to be deployed at public places unless she corrects her attitude. We complained to her supervisor and she walked up there, when she saw us, starting laughing and saying “oh I thought you would call the police” later she went into the security office and starting munching snacks while her supervisor spoke to her. Later they both came out and these were her words to us in front of her supervisor while she continued to munch in front of us showing us no signs of respect. Her words exactly “I don’t care and if you think you can teach me a lesson, well nobody can” and walked away with an attitude. The supervisor did not say anything to her which was rather surprising. Adding her picture hoping that Landmark security will take an action against the embarrassment we faced. Won’t be visiting this place again and do not recommend it.

I never know that this security company doesn't teach their staff's how to behave with the guests. A security guard named Vasit in Red Residence is one of the result. Unprofessional and rude such a shame.

I called this morning to inquire about security services at your company, but the lady who answered, Claire, was very unprofessional. First impressions matter, and based on this experience, I have decided not to proceed with your services. I wouldn’t even give a single star.
