Always A/C not working Very bad attitude for security And building getting old

AC does not work. Windows are poorly insulated. Building is old. Security and maintenance team are good. It’s clean. Pool and gym are OK. Location is great.

Apart from the good location and considerably low rent, the building management is poor in responding to complaints, no maintenance available inside the apartment, it is between the tenant and the owner which is never a good thing. You need to make sure that all maintenance is paid on time or they will block your access card, even though you paid your rent!, in summary, wouldn’t recommend it, there is far better choices with a similar price.

Good location, well mannered staff in security and maintenance. But the maintenance inside the unit is done with prior approval from owner which is almost impossible unless you are ready to pay for it . we had a nightmare as one of washroom roof was leaking with waste water from unit above and the gypsum tile melted and fall one day, luckily when nobody was at house. Unless you have a very good agent you will have a bad time. Please be careful while selecting the unit at this building!!!

Excellent location and easily accessible via own car or bus or even near to upcoming metro station.
