Perfect family resort! The waterpark was a hit with the kids clean, fun, and safe. Pools were spacious and relaxing. The breakfast was amazing fresh, tasty, and had a great variety for everyone. Staff were super friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk. Rooms were clean and perfect for families. Highly recommend!

My family and I have just got home from the most wonderful 8 night stay. The rooms are lovely and clean, spacious and just perfect. Muhammad Ali at the front of the hotel is amazing! He is one of the best members of staff they have. He remembered us from August last year and is so friendly and welcoming. Overall our stay was amazing, we’ve been repeat customers for a couple of years now and will always go back at any chance given!

I would like to thank the receptionist at the hotel who was truly exceptional and professional in his service. He treated us with great respect and kindness, and went above and beyond to help us. He arranged the best family rooms for us, all close to each other and on the same floor, which made our stay much easier and more enjoyable. His attitude was classy and extremely helpful. First, I called the hotel to make a new reservation. An employee spoke to me with disrespect, so I asked her about the discounts available at the accommodation. Her response was that there are no discounts for anyone, and she hung up. Although I know there is a discount for the Fazaa card and Dubai government employees, I called again and filed a complaint. The second employee gave me the room rate, but I didn't understand the details, so a third employee joined me on the call. When I told her about the room rate, she said, "No, this rate is wrong. How can they give you a discount?" She got angry, and then they hung up. I canceled and said I won't book at this place, but unfortunately, the family insisted. I called again and booked. This is what happened before I arrived. When I arrived at the hotel, I spent an hour and 40 minutes at the reception to get the room, and they handed it over to me at 4 pm. As soon as I entered the room, the air conditioner was very hot, and the room refrigerator was hot. The room was not clean, and there were cream boxes under the TV belonging to the guest before me, meaning the cleanliness was zero. I spoke to them, but to no avail. I told them to upgrade me to the room I was in or compensate me, but there was nothing. For your information, I am in the hotel and have a reservation for two days, and this is the first day my experience was this bad. I do not advise anyone to book with them at all.

The hotel was extremely crowded — it felt packed with visitors throughout the stay. On the bright side, the staff were excellent and very professional, which made a positive difference. However, the breakfast was below average and honestly not something I would recommend. As for the water activities, they were just okay — nothing special or particularly exciting. Overall, an average experience.
