I had a great experience getting my hair highlights done! Gaby and his assistant were absolutely lovely.. so kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout the whole process. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect shades that really suited me. You can tell Gaby has a lot of experience and his suggestions were spot on. It was not only a fun appointment but also one where I learned a lot. Highly recommend!

So I went to this salon with high expectations after reading the reviews but I was shocked to see how they discriminate between the nationalities. I was made to sit in a room which was empty, means EMPTY room with just chairs no equipments, no products nothing! And when I asked them where is all the stuff so they showed me the other room which was amazing had everything, amazing lit up room which looked like a salon. It’s not like it was busy or something like that..There was no one..After a minute or two, comes a lady from other nationality, she is taken in that room for her hair. For me they did the hair roots color and gelish manicure in that empty room. I mean who they think they ARE to treat people like this???? Dubai is the only place where people from all nationalities live peacefully but people like them with cringe mentality causes unrest in the city! I liked the work of Sandra who did my roots color but unfortunately I would never go to such place which depresses instead of refreshing the mind with such kind of attitude!! Also the Phillipino lady who did my manicure said I can’t do french manicure which shows for us they will not give the expertise but a beginner or not expertise in that field. But As I wanted french kinda I trusted her and asked her to do but it’s not that good. After spending 436 AED also if you don’t get the satisfaction and proper service where do we go?!!!! #saynotodiscrimination
