Feb 26, 2025 A week after my first below review that was by far not only frustrating as you describe it below but devastating. I am not sure what would your apologies that you wrote below as Levoyage team do or compensate the damage. The apologies are not accepted. Can anyone believe that the same movers team came last weekend banging my door asking me to open as they want to settle the matter. Almost an attack. . “ Boss open the door, come out, …” Today I’m sharing new photos of valuable and expensive statues that came in broken into pieces, the cost of these are much more than the moving services they provided. My latest experience with them started with high responsive approach, quick inspection visit following by promises that the move of my 2 big bedroom apartment to a new town house will be something they are expert in and that I am not supposed to worry about any thing, “just sit and relax sir “, the Manager who came promised to send 7 guys, 3 trucks and unlimited number of boxes and in that all job will done in one day. Quotation followed the visit, I made a deposit and the date was decided ahead of time. They also assigned the supervisor who visited as well the flat at that time. The price was high and I never negotiated that in order to have the best promised care. I was probably taken by the high rating on their reviews, but I am now quite sure it’s all done by them showing the 5 stars. On the day of move, the guys came, and the first impression I got that there were surprised from the things they need to pack and move. To cut long story short, none of my instructions was followed, they dumped everything, from house decorating items ( sensitive, glass, etc ) on top of each other without any attention to the fragile part of them. None was wrapped with bubble or paper just dumped in boxes. I was almost frustrated because none of them could understand English and mainly the so called Supervisor Ahmed. Highly recommended! Stress-free moving thanks to the entire le voyage team! From inquiry, booking, and moving, all smooth and seamless! They arrived 5mins before schedule. They will first ask which things to move then the team will do everything from dismantling, packing, and fixing at the location. Super fast! We have moved from 1bhk to another 1bhk, they all have initiative with very little instruction and supervision. They made our move very easy and relaxed. Super impressed! Thank you!

This team of guys were nothing short of amazing, super friendly, exceptionally efficient, very very professiona, came with full packing materials and tidied up when finishedl. Nothing you asked was to much trouble, and full care of furniture taken. I honestly couldn't recommend them enough, if you are looking for a removal company trust me these are the guys.

Very very very bad service I booked with them and confirmed the date. 1 day before moving they said that it will not be possible even though we have agreed that the payment will be on the day of the moving. They have reached out again on the day of moving,now saying that they will check with the team. Called them and they answered, after saying hello, they placed the call on hold! Do not book with this company! They are very unreliable!!!
