Our company had been dealing with Qusais branch for years now without any issues. Recently we purchased material from the Karama branch, pink rubber cap but the color faded within 1 month indoors. The branch employees are giving lame excuses and not assisting at all. They were asking to remove the material from a running shop send it to them and then only they would replace. We still haven't received any replacement. Very bad experience. As a contractor we expect much better from our regular suppliers.
