Very slow customer service! I mentioned that I am coming to pick up ordered items in advance! I had to wait for 30 min till the person will finish the lunch because no body could give me my lights, than I was waiting for billing which took lots of time! Two people was looking at the computer like they were doing it first time! They shoud be trained better, because people has things to do in life not to spend 1 hour in the shop for advanced ordered items

I’m writing to share my recent experience at your store. I have visited a few times and, unfortunately, have not been treated with the level of professionalism and responsiveness one would expect from a brand of your reputation. Despite following up multiple times on a specific request, I have yet to receive a proper response. Your employees appeared consistently preoccupied with other tasks and did not seem willing to assist or follow through. Weeks have gone by without any update, which is quite disappointing. It’s disheartening to see such lack of attention towards customer service, especially from a company of your scale. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work toward improving the customer experience.

Very bad experience. I ordered LED lights, and the salesman promised delivery in 2 weeks, saying the items were in stock and only needed powder coating. But I received the order after 24 days😡.
