Joining this gym has truly changed me. Before i was confused and honestly a bit lazy, but now i feel so much more focused and motivated. The environment here is so positive, and the staff and trainers are incredibly supportive and knowledgeable. I am really glad I made the decision to join

Joining Leeway Fitness has been one of the best decisions I've made recently! In just 2 months, I’m already 5 kgs down, and a big credit goes to my trainer Raghav. His sessions go beyond just physical training—they’re informative, filled with warmth, and truly motivating. He makes you feel that being fit is achievable and sustainable, and even shows you that time at the gym can be fun and something to look forward to. The gym itself has an amazing atmosphere- it's compact, clean, hygienic, and well-maintained. The staff is super caring and helpful, and all the other trainers are equally approachable and responsive. All in all, it’s a great place to train and grow. Highly recommended! 💪👍

I just hate exercise and also doctor told me not to carry heavy weights due to my back problem.then i joined Leeway stars gym there i met coach “Raghav” who has not only helped me in fat loss but also guides me about daily nutrition. Due to his guidance and motivation i feel many changes in my body n also now carry weights. N now i am addicted to do exercise.other staff and coach are also very helpful.Highly recommended and appreciate Clean and maintained.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with this gym, and I feel it’s important to share it with others so they can be aware before making any decisions. I joined the gym last month, and on the very first day — before making the payment — I clearly informed the receptionist that my job location might change soon, and if that happens, I won’t be able to continue coming to the gym. I also told her that if my location doesn’t change, I would come regularly. Despite this, the receptionist never informed me about their strict no-refund policy before I paid. I even asked them to check the CCTV footage to confirm what was discussed. I told them that if she clearly mentioned the policy and I still missed it, then I’m okay with not getting a refund. But they refused to even look into it. I ended up going to the gym only once — on the first day — and then couldn’t continue due to the nature of my job in the F&B industry, especially during the busy Ramadan season. The following month, I was officially transferred to a different location and could no longer attend. When I went back to kindly ask for a refund (having used none of the gym’s facilities beyond the first visit), they simply pointed to the receipt which mentioned “no refunds.” Yes, I admit that I didn’t read the receipt carefully, and that was my mistake — but like most people, I relied on the information provided by the receptionist, not a small line printed on the receipt. I believe this is something many customers can relate to. The amount in question was 300 AED. For some people, that might seem like a small amount, but for someone like me who works hard for every dirham, it’s not. I didn’t use any equipment, I didn’t take any sessions, and yet they refused to return my money. I believe any decent business that cares about its customers would have considered the situation fairly and at least offered a partial refund or a solution. The gym being close to my house helps and serves my purpose. Small and compact it has all that is needed for a fitness freak. The receptionist (Ms. Seema) is customer friendly and courteous. Mr. Raghav is a qualified and educated fitness trainer. Understands the goal of the person before prescribing the fitness regime and exercises. Goes step by step and ensures that one gets acclimatized to the fitness regimen giving a personal touch. Mr. Shain, yet another fitness trainer, is also a qualified trainer and is very amicable. He too is accessible to guide and advise. Best part is that these trainers point out the mistakes one often does during the exercises. This helps correction and contributes to a healthy exercise regimen. These trainers also command a good knowledge on diet and nutrition in addition to health related physiological and anatomy subjective knowledge. Good environment. Now it’s up to me to see how far I can carry my self with discipline towards my fitness goal as joining a gym is easy but to maintian continuity requires passion. All the best LEEWAY & the trainers.
