DO NOT SHOP ONLINE. I received these shoes with scratches already on the sole. I tried the shoes on, didn't even wear them outside of my room and returned them promptly. My return was rejected because they are claiming the shoes are used. If they are considering these scratches used, then THEY sent me used shoes and rejected my return based on that.

DO NOT ORDER, DO NOT BUY FROM THEN. They scam by selling worn and faulty items, then refuse a refund. I ordered a pair of shoes and they came completely worn out and dirty. As if someone wore them for days. I immediately send images and described the problem and asked for immediate return. They said they will review it and not even an hour after receiving them, they rejected my refund request. Upon complaints, they tested me by telling me to go "after them". This is the worst service, product and handling of customer care I have ever seen and after spending +2,000 on a single order. DON'T BUY HERE

If I could give Level Shoes more than five stars, I would have loved to do so! I’ve had a few experiences with them and through all experiences they displayed impeccable customer service. They truly set a golden standard in the industry. Lately I’ve had an experience of delayed return of an item due to an emergency and the item was purchased online and wasn’t able to return it through the App, so went to see them in Dubai Mall, and the team in the store were incredibly understanding, professional, and fast.
