Level Up Pilates

I really enjoy Mat Pilates / Barre/ Other fitness classes at Level Up and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good challenge, variety, and efficient workouts. My personal favorite instructors are Leona and Christina. With Leona, you’ll experience a wide variety of exercises both with and without equipment allowing you to consistently push yourself further and see noticeable progress with regular attendance. Christina’s workouts are also very efficient and have a perfect balance of strength-building and stretching. Thank you for great classes!

Alright so I've tried four different Pilates studios in Dubai over the past two years, and honestly, LevelUp has completely blown me away! The team is super professional and really pays attention to every detail, which makes such a massive difference. After a back injury a few months ago, I was really nervous about going back to classes. I tried a couple of other studios, but they felt too crowded, and the trainers didn’t seem to give enough individual attention. At LevelUp, it’s been the total opposite. The classes are small, the trainers are so thorough, and I actually feel safe and comfortable again. I can't recommend them enough – it's been such a great experience!

First time to try out Pilates and I honestly really enjoyed it. Definitely returning! Level up pilates is such a cute and cosy place in Dubai Hills with top level professionalism. I am usually a clean freak with sanitising and was soo happy that this place was fully equipped with sanitising sprays. It was sparkling clean too. Parking: Parking was not a issue as well, there is huge parking available with less than a minute walk away

I have nothing but positive things to say about Levelup Pilates. After two years of being sedentary I decided it was time to get back to Pilates. My goal was to gain strength. I did private lessons for one year and used different teachers weekly. EVERY instructor was excellent. I mixed reformer classes and mat classes to perfect my form. The instructors, manager, owners and front desk were all supportive of my journey to get healthy. An added bonus was the fact that I lost 10 kilos. Today I am a healthier person. I give credit to Levelup Pilates.

Angela's class is amazing. Technique and small and slow engagements ...but she brings to the best and hard level. Thanks Angela
