It was an amazing experience with Li Ning team. The way they are handling the customer is remarkable. I had bought 2 nos of racket bags few months back. unfortunately one of the bag zipper stitch was gone and the same has been informed to Li Ning team. Once they receive my complaint they had invited me to their office at DSO for replacing the damaged bag. But I asked them to repair the bag and return it back because the issue was minor. Finally they force me to replace the old bag with new. It was very touching moment and I never expected such approach from a dealer. So I strongly recommending everyone to keep Li Ning as your sports partner..
