To be honest I don't care about the books or how the building looks, but this place has a amazing view of the festival city fireworks alot of people hype up the near by sand area but this place has good parking and great infrastructure with the best view of fireworks in the whole of dubai if u don't believe me just go there and check it out. I would definitely suggest

The Library water front has an amazing view to the Creek lake and Festival City Shopping Mall. It's an outstanding ambience near to the lake where peoples can sit and relax There is a quote from the HH Sheikh Mohammed in several languages. And I saw the quote on my mother tongue, it's a proud moment for me. It's a one of the best ever place
