I visited Lichi recently and was quite disappointed with the customer service. The staff seemed uninterested and didn’t even greet or smile, which made the atmosphere feel cold and unwelcoming. For a store with such high prices, I expected a much better customer experience.
Lichi is one of the most beautiful stores I’ve ever been in! Their products are super elegant and the staff is very kind. Ms. Yara helped us out, she was very professional and had good taste. Definitely recommend!
