Date 13-06-25 Time - 2.50 pm I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding the behavior of one of your customer service staff members during my recent visit to the Dubai Frame. As a tourist, I visited the Dubai Frame and purchased one bottle of water and a juice. I offered a 50 dirham note as payment, but I was told that no change was available. The staff member, a lady at the counter, responded in an extremely rude and unprofessional manner. She raised her voice at us and said things like: “We don’t have change. Why are you giving 50 dirhams?” “Everyone is using cards—why don’t you have one?” “If you don’t have change or card, don’t purchase.” Such a response is not only disrespectful but also unwelcoming to tourists who may not carry a UAE-issued card. I felt humiliated and discouraged. As a visitor to your country, I expected courteous and helpful service, especially at such a prominent tourist attraction. I kindly request you to look into this matter and ensure that proper training and attitude management is provided to staff members dealing with guests. It is important to maintain Dubai’s reputation as a tourist-friendly city. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Lifco Supermarket, located opposite the Museum of the Future, was a total disappointment for me. From the moment I entered, there was a strange, unpleasant smell that suggested an old environment. The spaces inside were not very clean, which added to the negative experience. While the staff were friendly and tried to be helpful, it couldn't compensate for the overall poor conditions. I bought some almond croissants, but they were so bad that I had to throw them away—they were totally inedible. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this supermarket based on my experience.

The worst service in the Dubai and expansive .It is better to fine out another supertanker near to that supermarket.

The staff, especially the cashiers, often seem distracted—it’d be nice to see more smiles and friendly vibes when helping customers.
