Pathetic home service plus lap service. I have paid 50 dhs to know the Blood group/type but its been almost a week, I did not receive that report. Also I have done some teat for my Son and taken hone service and I paid 1076 and I didnt received the appropriate reports till now. Sending emails and WhatsApp msgs but nobody is replying on what I am asking. They just keep sending the same reports 10times. Still struggling for what I have asked and hopefull one day, they will send what I need and for what I have paid. Very Very Dissapointing and did not expect this in regards to Medical.

Worst service I’ve had in my life. I’m booking this company whenever I need a pcr. Every single time they arrived between 1h and 1h and a half late after a CONFIRMED APPOINTMENT. Only excuses for a dreadful service. And same to receive the results. If you have a flight to catch forget about this clinic, you will miss it. They don’t even deserve the star I gave them. WORST COMPANY IN DUBAI.
Very poor experience. Report takes longer than usual. Customer care services are worst. There is no direct number to contact. Very bad experience
