They only showed me the most expensive option of caugh syrup for 114 aed even tho most caugh syrup medicine costs only around 30 aed because they saw I am not from here and I don’t know the brands. They sold me solution for a inhalator that was not even required. Be careful when they offer you something check the price because they offer you the most expensive option first even tho you don’t need it. I texted them over WhatsApp about my complaint and they didn’t care.

Today i visited Life pharmacy and purchased few supplements . Wooooowwww…. What an experience. Mr.Suhail , The pharmacist assisted me in so nicely….

Today I had very bad experience in this branch. Came this morning and the male Arab pharmacist name Adel made me wait 20 mins just to find my medicine he don't know where is it. Then he told me to go back to my hospital to cancell my insurance request about my medicine I argue with him that's not right I told him he should request for the insurance he's been lazy to do it very impolite and zero knowledge about his job. Since morning I.ask them for my medicine delivery but they never arrange it very disappointed to this unprofessional people worked on this branch...

I placed an order for the formula and specifically mentioned that it was for my baby. I was assured by your staff member, Christofer, that the delivery would be made promptly, and I expected it to arrive within 30 minutes. However, after two hours, the delivery had not yet arrived. This delay caused significant distress as my baby woke up hungry and was unable to sleep due to the lack of milk. Additionally, I had requested that the delivery person not ring the bell, as my child was sleeping. Unfortunately, when the delivery finally arrived, the bell was rung, further disrupting my baby's sleep. I found the response time of your staff to be unsatisfactory, and there was no apology for the delay or the inconvenience caused. This experience has left me disappointed with the level of service and care provided by your pharmacy. I hope that you will take this feedback seriously and improve your service to avoid similar situations in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter. 2 times I buy medicine from this store price 317 on 14 November 2025 and 700 before .. Both the time the counter staff name SHERIF WAGIH FAVZY Not ask for customer number to issue Vocher.. All other life pharmacy stores I buy my prescription from asking customer number to issue Vocher.. Please check.. Who using these vouchers...
