I met Miss Ihsan, a phamarcist and an Arabic. Normally most medical personnel don't smile. Her smile was very encouraging and made me to relaxed. After going through my prescription she also, recommended some supplements to support the drugs. This was very encouraging and supportive
Life Pharmacy DHCC Al Razi Medical Complex is always there for the patients. They do deliver medicines and offer great discounts as well
One of the staff got my prescription wrong. I was prescribed 5mg but she only told me 1 tablet (2.5mg) per day. I asked her twice because I know from the doctor that its usually 2 tablets per day. But I rely on her and it end up I took less than I’m supposed to. This situation could be dangerous if someone is suffering and you will give a wrong dosage! Luckily, mine is nothing critical but it cost me some money because I have to buy another medicine that I was not supposed to if your staff got the dosage right!
Very sweet and helpful. They are patient and have a huge variety, and even once helped me re obtain a lost receipt for my insurance claim. Excellent branch that I will drive specifically for although I live further away.
