Extremely dangerous and unacceptable. We went to this pharmacy to buy paracetamol suppositories for our 17-month-old baby (10 kg). We clearly told the pharmacist (a woman) our baby's age and weight. She confirmed that 500 mg suppositories were the correct dose. Trusting her professional advice, we gave two doses over time — only to later realize that 500 mg is more than triple the safe single dose for our child (the correct dose is around 150 mg). This overdose required us to rush to emergency medical care. The pharmacist's error and lack of basic knowledge put our baby's life in serious danger. This is not just a mistake — it is gross negligence. A pharmacist should know pediatric dosing and never give incorrect medication for an infant. We are deeply shocked and angry. This pharmacy should be held accountable, and the pharmacist in question should face consequences for such a serious failure. Parents — double-check everything and do not assume pharmacists here are properly trained or attentive.
