Excellent staff and excellent service… Miss Elda was very kind and helpful, she offered us very nice range of electrolytes and we liked her polite nature to everyone. Keep it up..
Staff at the pharmacy are useless. Recently they sold me a medicine for baby that expires in few months. Now I had a voucher that applies for 10000 items and I asked them to show me items fast so I can chose as I was in hurry and there were one Indian staff woman and African her name Wala. They were very slow and gave me only few options to choose that are not moving there, that are not famous brands. I was very surprised with the way how they work extremely slow and helpless. I don’t recommend this branch in DSO. Management has to train their staff how to deliver services and customer care.

Non professional staffs. Even the senior pharmacist doesn’t know about the medicine. He was just ignoring me i after i ask for a medicine. And a trainer came and assisted me. She knows about the medicine better than the senior pharmacist. Delivery service is very bad. They don’t deliver on time and never pick up the call. Public parking available in front of the shop but always busy.
Excellent staff excellent ambience. The girl at the counter ( though she is a trainee)is very helpful to select required med and supplements. She was ready to ask any vouchers though i forgot to mention while billing. Thanks lot.
