My child's ear hurt after bathing, I asked for drops or tablets that would help, to which I was told to call the doctor, he has an infection, how she determined it just from the words that the ear hurts is not clear. Plus she said that they have nothing to help. Your pharmacists need to undergo training!

My Wife was disappointed regarding the interview process I recently went through at Life pharmacy Head Office . Over the past month, she attended four rounds of interviews and visited the head office three times, investing significant time, effort, and personal expenses. Despite reaching the fourth round, She have received no communication regarding the outcome — not even a courtesy update. Calls and emails have gone unanswered. I believe candidates who invest so much deserve timely communication, at the very least a response within 48 hours of the final round. This experience has been deeply discouraging. A respectful recruitment process reflects a company’s values, and we sincerely hope future candidates are treated with more professionalism and consideration.

Unacceptable Delays & Poor Customer Service – Avoid Online Orders I placed an online order with Life Pharmacy, expecting delivery within the promised 60-90 minutes. Instead, my order was delayed for over 2.5 hours, with no proactive updates from their side. When I finally reached customer support—after a 15-minute wait—I was repeatedly asked to “wait a little longer” instead of being offered a real solution. I requested a cancellation and refund, but was initially refused because my order was “already with the driver,” despite the excessive delay. To make matters worse, the pharmacy is in the next building, yet they couldn’t even allow me to pick up my own order. Their excuse? “Driver shortage.” If a company cannot manage basic logistics, they should not offer an online ordering service. After much back and forth, they eventually canceled my order, and I hope they will process my refund since this was a prepaid order. Given that I had a similar issue last year—where my order was never delivered—I have serious doubts about their ability to provide reliable service. This experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and entirely avoidable. If you need urgent medicine, do not rely on Life Pharmacy’s online service—you’ll be left waiting with no real support. They need to fix their operations or stop misleading customers with false delivery promises.

I recently had an interview experience at Life Pharmacy’s corporate office, and unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. For the first round, I had to wait 1.5 hours beyond my scheduled time, which already set a bad impression. However, the final round was even worse—I waited 6 hours only to be interviewed for just 3 minutes. Despite being more than qualified for the position, I was not selected, which made the whole process feel like a waste of time. If you're considering interviewing here, be prepared for long delays. Bring food, stay patient, and don't expect the process to be efficient. Time management and candidate respect seem to be lacking in their hiring process.
