I recently visited your store to purchase a medical item and was extremely disappointed with the service I received. The staff was very rude, and their behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. In particular, Mr. Kouya (a staff member from the Philippines) was especially uncooperative and discourteous. Customer service and respectful interaction should be a priority, especially in a medical-related environment. Unfortunately, this experience has left a very negative impression. I do not recommend visiting this shop to anyone expecting basic respect and professional customer care.
