Vary helpful and friendly staff. They didnt even ask for a review but we wanted to give this to thanks to everyone who helped us. Because I have been to other clinics but honestly those staff were not helpful. Specifically the gentleman in the receptionist was really helpful and nice . Also the lady who dress my injury was so friendly and nice. Thank you guys for taking my pain away. 🙏

Such a worse experience with this clinic. Customer service is on the Zero level which is not matching to Dubai standard and to the amount of money they charge. Admins sent twice the blood results of my mother to a different person, which is unethical and unacceptable that the private information like health conditions and test results of the patient is shared with the third party! And these two cases I am aware of I don’t know maybe there were other case which I am not aware of! I will definite a complaint to DHA and will submit all evidence which I have. When I told I will complaint they asked me do not do it as they can lost the job. So I didn’t, but it was a mistake, because now again happened the bad customer service. Also admins are never try to help in bookings, providing false information with booking timings and when booked, they change it, delay with the test results until the moment I follow up with them. Awful service! When I wanted to complain to managers and asked their names they stopped to respond. I hope the management of this clinic will see it and will take an action. Otherwise I will go to DHA

I had a disappointing experience with Lifenity International Clinical Lab. Over the phone, I was assured that the strep throat test results would be ready in 1-2 hours. Based on this information, I proceeded with the test and made the payment. However, after the sample was collected, I was informed that the results would actually take 24-48 hours. This misinformation caused significant inconvenience and frustration. The lab's lack of transparency and inconsistency in providing accurate information is unacceptable.

My Manager had booked a PCR test via Justlife and they cancelled last minute so I recommended Lifenity which I had used once previously. Their customer service, responsiveness is amazing and the turnaround time to get the result was less than 4 hours. Rates are also very reasonable for home service and they will come on time and update you proactively in case of any delays. Highly recommended!
