We are very saddened and disappointed with LINKS INSURANCE BROKERS (L.L.C) policy not clear make sure you can check before these things if you buy car insurance from them 1. Insurance Transferable or not 2. Cancel policy i suffer both of these points. I cancel my policy but they didn't transfer or refunds. No professionalism

I had to call them due to the Flooded car of mine. Not very helpful staff. I had to wait on the phone until they just said nothing much can be done. I think this kind of things must be discussed or mentioned in the contract clearly.
