I bought a pouch for my daughter that I really loved, but there is an issue with the model. The height and Width of the pouch were swapped and no follow up with the customer care, I wrote a WhatsApp 2 days ago without any reply neither they replied to my email so far…

Large PJs are not true to size unfortunately. Felt more like a small/medium and elastic was very tight. Top is fine. Also did not have a size guide on the website for me to see before ordering. I guessed a large would be big enough.

My experience with them has been more than positive, I dress sizes for my daughter were not available :( but the team was so great they promised I would be first to know when new sizes came in. Of course, there kept their promise and I was able to secure the dress :D. The fact that they can print the names on the items purchased without additional cost is such a nice addition especially when your kids are at a nursery. It helps keep the product quality and it looks professional. I can't recommend them enough! they are so great, you won't regret using them, they really value their customer and go the extra mile.
