The team did a great job at taking our brief and bringing the project to life. They understood what we were trying to achieve in our garden (pool, lounge area, bar and soft play area) and the renders were pretty much spot on from the start. Generally - they were very tidy workers and did a very good job and we are happy with how it has turned out. Our project manager -Engr Rameez - was contactable when we needed him and did a good job of rectifying some of the small issues we had which we really appreciated. There was some project time overruns and the communication around this could have been better (I kept having to chase) and there were some chips in the bar area we had built which they rectified without question.

Living Acres Company quickly stepped in and resolved the issue within two days by coordinating with the supplier. I didn't anticipate such dedication from a subcontractor; I expected them to disappear after being paid. However, Living Acres Company proved me wrong. Their commitment was especially evident during a severe thunderstorm, where the pool, built with top-notch quality, showed no issues. The quality of their service exceeded our expectations. Kudos to the team, particularly under the leadership of Saleem Hussein.
