I changed 320,000 korean won to uad and they gave me 480 only which is ridiculous. They're fraud. But when I realized that it's wrong, I had already thrown away the receipt. Just dont use it.

I no longer trust this money exchange service. In 2024, I always exchanged money here, but in 2025, they’ve already made two mistakes since the Filipino woman started leading the team. First, when I sent money to my country, the Filipino man entered the wrong account number because it was a new account, and there was no confirmation whatsoever, which was a big mistake. And today, when I exchanged AED to Georgian currency, I called them beforehand, and they told me the rate was 1.33. But when I arrived, it had changed to 1.34, and when the transaction started, it suddenly changed again to 1.35. Is it too much to ask for professional service? I am very disappointed with the staff working there. It’s such a mess! They want to scam customers?
