At this time of year, when temperatures are extremely high, reliable air conditioning is not just a comfort but a necessity. Unfortunately, it seems that your focus is more on collecting deposits and payments rather than ensuring that customers receive the service they urgently need. If your company expects customers to strictly follow your policies and pay significant deposits, you must also deliver a level of service that meets those standards including prompt support, professional staff, and effective solutions.
