While the lab testing services at Lonestar Technical Services (L.L.C.) are well-executed and professionally handled, the office facilities could use significant improvement—especially for visiting clients and inspectors. There is currently no proper office or pantry facility available for external visitors. Additionally, access to internet/Wi-Fi is often delayed, and in some cases, not provided at all. It would be much more convenient and professional if adequate office facilities were set up a bit farther from the actual testing area, offering a more comfortable and client-friendly environment.

I had air quality testing and I have doubts if the testing machine is accurate because the data was not stable even after 2 hours for formaldehyde, other labs device will takes 30mins maximum 1hour to become stable. Besides, I doubt that the tvoc sensors are not accurate either because I also took more labs and it shows 0.57mg/m3, but Lonestar machine showed nearly 0mg/m3……

I recently had the opportunity to visit and utilize Lonstar Technical Services, the Metallurgy Laboratory, and I must say that it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped foot into the facility, I could tell that I was in the presence of a true gem in the field of metallurgical testing and analysis. This laboratory stands out as a shining example of excellence, precision, and dedication to producing accurate results

Very bad support. Not provide reports and certificates at committed time. Staff not give proper answer. Not good.

Great testing lab in Dubai. Mechanical, chemical, food and other industry required testing are available there
