I Purchase insurance from them yesterday. After waiting one hour I messaged them on WhatsApp. After more than one hour they told me we need more payment for the insurance you choose and I felt cheated and they gave me another insurance which I never wanted to have. Everyone please be careful while dealing with them. You have to wait. You need to tell your customer that this is not the final payment you are doing. Or something like this. They don't have a helpine number. You just have to chat. Sorry but really bad experience.
