I had a wonderful experience at Address Hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to the exceptional service provided by Alexa and Befre. Both went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect, from the warm welcome to their attentive and friendly service throughout our visit. Alexa was incredibly professional and made us feel right at home with her kind demeanor and efficiency. Befre was equally impressive, thoughtful, quick, and genuinely caring. Address Downtown Lounge is a true gem for discerning palates, boasting a curated collection of viennoiserie and pâtisserie that is a visual and epicurean marvel. The Address Danish in particular stands out as a particularly exquisite creation. Elevating this delightful experience is Irvan's exceptional warmth and hospitality, making every visit truly special. A highly recommended destination for those with an appreciation for refined confections.

Great location with a great view of Burj Khalifa, shisha was good and they will keep changing charcoal you don’t have to call for them and what surprised me is they came and changed the head with a new one free of charge, overall great experience I’d recommend.
