What began as a hopeful inquiry into a luxury watch transaction quickly turned into a lesson in how not to treat customers, especially those dealing in high-value timepieces. 🧩 Lack of Transparency & Integrity When I first contacted Love Luxury Dubai through WhatsApp regarding the watch, they immediately stated without any request from me that they do not offer a cash price for this model. Instead, they pushed a fixed consignment option right away. This is highly unusual in the luxury watch market, where cash offers are standard practice, and consignment is only justified when it yields a higher return to the seller. In this case, however, the consignment price they offered was not only significantly below market value, but also equivalent to what several other reputable dealers were willing to pay in cash. It became evident that they refuse cash deals not due to policy, but because they can earn the same profit through consignment without spending a single dirham or taking on any risk. That’s not service it’s self-serving. They expect the customer to assume all the risk and wait through a sale process that brings no additional value.
